5. Information Sharing

We may share information with:
- service providers (hosting, security) acting on our behalf;
- Google, whose reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Google Maps services protect and assist the Site’s forms, and whose Google Analytics service measures the Site’s audience; Google processes your IP address and browsing data for those purposes, under Google’s privacy policy and terms of service;

6. Cookies and audience measurement
The Site sets a cookie named lang, which remembers the language you chose for one year. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser and never sent to us. On pages with a form, Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps may set their own cookies.
The Site also uses Google Analytics, an audience measurement service of Google LLC, to learn which pages are viewed, where visits come from and which devices are used, and so improve the Site. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (lifetime: two years), assigns a random identifier to your browser and receives browsing data together with your IP address, which Google Analytics does not log. This data is processed by Google in the United States and kept by Google Analytics for at most 14 months; we use it neither to identify you nor for advertising. You can refuse this measurement by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
7. Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Sign-up requests received through the Site are deleted from our servers after 365 days; contact and demo messages are kept in our sales team’s mailbox for as long as it takes to answer and follow up.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable law, including Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you have the right to:
- access your personal information;
- request correction;
- request deletion, subject to legal obligations;
- withdraw consent where applicable.

The sign-up request and the e-mail sent to our sales team stay on our servers in Canada. In every case, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.
